Privacy policy

How wwwa handles data — short, because there isn’t much.

What the tracker collects

For each pageview: the page path, the referrer’s hostname, a coarse device class derived from screen width, the browser and OS (parsed from the request and immediately discarded), and an approximate country derived from the browser’s timezone. No cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting.

What it never collects

We never store IP addresses, never fingerprint browsers, and never assign visitor identifiers. Nothing recorded can single out an individual, so there is no personal data to export, correct, or delete.

Where it lives

This is a self-hosted instance. Analytics data stays on the operator’s own server and is shared with no third parties.

Account data

If you register, we store your email and a hashed password to operate your account. Deleting your account removes it and all associated sites and analytics.
